I'm the Founder of Good & Well Health Coaching

Mindfulness Coach & Yoga Teacher

My life and work experience in tandem with my passion for health, wellness, and helping others has led me to this calling.  I have taught mindfulness, yoga, and wellness strategies to teens and young adults for the past several years.  I am in awe of their spirits and believe in their ability to transcend the struggles and challenges they face. I believe that everyone, no matter their age, has the ability to make meaningful changes in their lives and as your coach, I will be the guide by your side to support you as you make intentional choices for your life.

As a mom of three, I know that the mental and physical health of our families is paramount.  I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and families on strategies that support wellness of both the individual and family unit.  At the heart of my practice is mindfulness and I utilize mindfulness techniques in my coaching to illicit insights that support behavior change. Yoga,Writing & Mindfulness

Yoga, writing, and mindfulness practices can all be impactful and transformative in their own ways.  The mind-body connection is powerful and these practices support a deeper knowing for clients through the breath, body, and mind. Awareness is at the heart of everything and these practices tap into the wisdom within. Every person is different, so I partner with people to find the tools that work best for them.
