Being a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach has taught me that every moment filled with doubt, anxiety or pressure can be used as a catalyst for a fresh start. As a former teacher and mom of three, I know that growing pains are real and affect the whole family. Coaching is an excellent way for teens and young adults to identify what is important to them and begin to take the steps to realize their goals.
Many things contribute to our health...nutrition, environment, physical activity, relationships, personal and professional growth, and more. My coaching style draws upon positive psychology, mindfulness, and other wellness strategies. I recognize that everyone is unique and my job is to help you uncover what skills and approaches are the best fit for you. I work with all ages and especially love supporting families and teens. Together, we will partner to find out what YOU need to feel GOOD and be WELL.
